If you want a boost of antioxidants, try this smoothie! Rich in potassium, anthocyanins, and flavanoids, it's perfect for morning energy or an afternoon refuel.

Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 banana (ripe for sweetness)
1/4 cup almond milk
2 tbsp sea moss gel
Optional add ins: protein powder, honey/maple syrup, cinnamon
Preparation
Add blueberries, bananas, almind milk, and sea moss gel into the blender
Blend on high speed until smooth
Add almond milk and any add ins to desired consistency and taste
Enjoy right away or let it sit and watch the smoothie thicken up!
