About the Recipe

These Sea Moss Chickpea Blondies are soft, gooey, and naturally sweet, with a secret lineup of wholesome ingredients (looking at you, chickpeas and almond butter) that somehow just work well together! Use our sea moss gel for a boost of minerals and that perfect chewy texture!

All aboard, let’s bake!

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas (drained, rinsed)

  • 1/3 cup almond butter

  • 1/3 cup almond flour

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup sea moss gel

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. Add all the ingredients (except for chocolate chips) into a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Mix in chocolate chips using a spatula.

  4. Bake for 25-35 minutes.
