These Sea Moss Chickpea Blondies are soft, gooey, and naturally sweet, with a secret lineup of wholesome ingredients (looking at you, chickpeas and almond butter) that somehow just work well together! Use our sea moss gel for a boost of minerals and that perfect chewy texture!
All aboard, let’s bake!

Ingredients
1 can chickpeas (drained, rinsed)
1/3 cup almond butter
1/3 cup almond flour
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup sea moss gel
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F and line a 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
Add all the ingredients (except for chocolate chips) into a blender and blend until smooth.
Mix in chocolate chips using a spatula.
Bake for 25-35 minutes.
