Ready to indulge in tropical paradise? Check out this mango coconut chia pudding using Uncracked's Sea Moss Gel!

Ingredients
coconut chia pudding
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp seamoss gel
1 tsp vanilla extract
mango puree:
1 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
1 cup mango chunks, ripe
Preparation
Blend or mash the mango and sweetener until a desired puree consistency is achieve
In a large bowl, combine the coconut milk, chia seeds, Uncracked Sea Moss Gel, and vanilla
Refrigerate overnight or at least 5-6 hours until the mixture has thickened
Add a layer of chia pudding, followed by a layer of puree into a cup, bowl, or container - repeat twice
