Ingredients
4 cups frozen blueberries
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup sea moss gel
2 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
Thaw the frozen blueberries with lemon juice on low heat for ~15 minutes
Add seamoss gel and maple syrup, mix well to incorporate
(optional) Blend on high in a blender for a smooth jam
Reduce for longer if desired consistency is thicker
Leave to cool before storing in the frige
